The City of Waterburyis seeking proposals from fully licensed and insured General Contractors and/or Home Improvement Contractors t o provide complete services for renovation and revitalization of single-family, single-unit residential projects.

There will be a mandator y Information Session with respect to this RFP on July 9, 2026 at 4:00PM, Office of Community Development 188 Bank Street, Suite 121, Waterbury, CT 06702.
ATTENDANCE AND ON-TIME SIGN-IN AT THE Information Session IS MANDATORY. THOSE LATE/NOT ATTENDING WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL.
