Kerr County, Texas, is seeking Requests for Proposals for grant writing and administrative services. These services are sought to aid the county in its application and administration of a contract, if awarded, from the 2027-2028 Texas Community Development Block Grant Fund Program of the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA).

DEADLINE: RFPs should be submitted no later than 3 p.m., Friday, Oct. 16, 2026.

Annual Road Materials Contracts
Kerr County Road & Bridge is seeking bids for the county's annual road materials contracts.

ISSUED: The county issued this request on Tuesday, Oct. 13.

DEADLINE: Sealed bids will be received until 4:30 pm. on Thursday, Nov. 19. Bids received after that time and date will not be accepted.

SUBMISSION: Submissions should be delivered on the proper forms to:

BID OPENING: Bids will be open and read aloud during the Kerr County Commissioners' Court at its 9 a.m. meeting on Monday, Nov. 23.
