RFP: 26-06-4173SB N15(2-3) Cornfields to Burnside, AZ Addendum 2

The Navajo Division of Transportation (Navajo DOT) is soliciting proposals to construct “N15(2-3)2&4 Cornfields to Burnside, AZ”. The proposed work consists of roadway reconstruction, earthwork, aggregate base course, asphalt pavement, drainage structures, erosion control measures, traffic control, permanent signing and striping, and other miscellaneous work as called for in the design plans and specifications for this 11.43 kilometer (7.1-mile) roadway project from Cornfields to Burnside, AZ, Apache County, Navajo Nation.

Proposals will be subject to all requirements specified in RFP No. 26-06-4173SB. The RFP package will be available for download from the Navajo DOT website ( https://navajodot.org/rfp%2Frfq), beginning June 11, 2026 at 10:00 AM MDT

A MANDATORY Virtual Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 10:00 AM MDT. The Pre-Proposal Meeting will consist of a brief presentation explaining the Project Scope and the necessary items required to be submitted as part of the RFP. Contractors are
