Project description:
The Civic Center Green Stormwater Infrastructure Project is a multi-phase project to build green stormwater infrastructure to treat many of the campus parking lots. The current project being advertised is Phase1 which includes construction of two bioretention systems adjacent to the Civic Center “panhandle” parking lot located south of the Marin County Corporation Yard (4 Peter Behr Dr. San Rafael, CA 94903).
There is a mandatory pre-bid conference scheduled for this project on July 1, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Civic Center Campus, 3501 Civic Center Dr. Bidders shall meet at the “panhandle” parking lot south of the Civic Center Corporation Yard, which is located at 4 Peter Behr Dr. San Rafael, CA 94903.Exact location here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/4fZ4JgYBCzTizEaPA **
