Proposers shall email an electronic copy of the proposal to Alejandro
Martinez at Alejandro.Martinez@stocktonca.gov
and CC:
Dawn.Clement@stocktonca.gov no later than 3 p.m. on June 19, 2026.
Question 2: Can we use 11x17 page sizes and will it count as two pages, or do they
only count as one page?
Answer:
Yes, it will count as one page. This should be reserved for larger format
documents like drawings.
