POLICE BUILDING EXTERIOR REPAIR. The City of Soldotna hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the City for the Police Building Exterior Repair SOLB 25-11.

The Soldotna Police Department building was constructed in 1995 and is in need of maintenance and repairs to the exterior of the building. The project consists of cleaning dirt and debris from the exterior, treating for mold and mildew, repairing small localized damaged EIFS, painting, and caulking. Work must be continuous after mobilization and shall be complete by July 31, 2025.

A non-mandatory bid walk will be held at the Police Building, 44510 Sterling Highway, Soldotna, AK on May 23, 2025 at 10:00 am. Attendance at the pre-bid is not required but highly recommended.
