Pierce County Terms and Conditions
Pierce County will accept sealed bids for labor, materials, and services for a LED lighting retrofit project for the following locations. Pierce County Courthouse-Annex, Pierce County Office Building and Pierce County Maintenance Building located in Ellsworth, WI. The goal of this project is to reduce added on-going maintenance cost and provide better comfort/working conditions for occupants. Bids must be received by mail (P.O. Box 119, Ellsworth WI) or hand delivered to Joe McDaniel, Facilities Manager, 428 W. Grove Street Ellsworth, WI 54011, no later than 11:00a.m. on February 6, 2026 in a sealed envelope and clearly marked "PIERCE COUNTY LED LIGHTING RETROFIT PROJECT".
