The City of Mobile is soliciting quali?cations and proposals from planning and design ?rms to  provide planning and design services related to green infrastructure implementation. This project will be implemented by the City of Mobile. The purpose of this project is to develop
materials that will educate on and promote the use of green infrastructure in an initiative known as Naturally Mobile. Naturally Mobile will be the City of Mobile’s ?rst outreach initiative related to green infrastructure. The initiative targets residents, business owners, and local o?cials.
Mandatory Q&A meeting at 1:30 pm on September 17, 2025.
Email Questions are due by 4:00 pm September 24, 2025.
Written Qualifcations/Proposals are due by noon October 8, 2025.
