UOSA is seeking a qualified consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive classification,compensation, and benefits study for their workforce. This study aims to evaluate UOSAâsclassification and compensation structures (including special pay, premium pay and incentiveprograms) to ensure competitive wages, create/enhance promotion career pathways, addresswage compression, and to benchmark UOSAâs benefits to ensure market competitiveness. Otherthan the Executive Director/CEO position, the study will cover all UOSA job classifications (191full-time positions).
