NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Proposals will be received for the Contract BANK ACCOUNT RECONCILIATION SOFTWARE on or before August 29, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. The DuPage County Treasurer’s Office is in the process of acquiring bank account reconciliation software and would appreciate your participation in a questionnaire designed to evaluate your product’s capabilities and your interest in working with the County.

The link may be obtained by email at eileen.roberts@dupagecounty.gov. All Proposals must be received prior to the date and time shown below in the table below.

Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County will provide access to the questionnaire upon receipt of request. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK
DuPage County Treasurer's Office (“County”) is seeking proposals for a cloud-based bank reconciliation software solution that operates independently of ERP systems, with adaptable rules, transaction mapping, and comprehensive reporting capabilities to streamline financial operations and ensure GASB compliance.

Project Objectives:

  • Reduce manual reconciliation processes across the various financial institutions
  • Implement an ERP-agnostic solution with seamless integration capabilities
  • Enable customization of matching rules and transaction mapping
  • Provide intuitive workflows accessible to non-technical users
  • Generate actionable reconciliation reports for financial transparency
  • Support GASB-compliant financial reporting
