Project Description: The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide concrete bin blocks of the size 6’ x 2’ x 2’. All deliveries must be made via a vehicle that can be unloaded by a forklift, typically a tractor trailer or box truck by Maryland Environmental Service (MES) personnel.
