Essex County Reentry & Case Management Services
The Essex County Sheriff’s Department, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed proposals from
medical vendors for Reentry & Case Management Services. Bid document information can be
obtained from the COMMBUYS website, www.commbuys.com (Bid Solicitation: BD-26-1401-
ECSD1-ECSD1-124123). The existing site will be available for inspection on January 29th, 2026,
from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM.
Bidders for the walk-through should meet at 20 Manning Ave, Middleton, MA, on the day and
time indicated, and to attend the site visit, each attendee must be cleared. The Essex County
Sheriff’s Department reserves the right to reject all bids or waive any informality in the bidding
if deemed in the Department’s best interest.
The proposals are due on February 23rd, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
