Description
McMaster University is seeking a proponent who can provide a Water System Treatment Program for the McMaster main campus Central Utilities Plant (herein referred to as “CUP”) and its District Energy System (herein referred to as “DES”). The services of a water system treatment proponent are required to supply the chemicals, equipment, treatment, ongoing account management, and automation and monitoring infrastructure required to maintain excellent water quality for CUP and DES operations. The proponent will work with the McMaster Chief Operating Engineer, Operating Engineers, and Building Operations teams to develop, install, monitor, and maintain the most efficient, reliable, and highest possible quality system of water treatment available for the CUP and DES, while ensuring efficient fluid movement and longevity of the CUP and DES equipment and distribution piping.
