RFQ Design Services for the Park on North Scott and adjacent Right of Way improvements in Missoula, Montana

The City of Missoula, Montana is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from Multi-disciplinary Landscape Architecture and Engineering teams to provide professional services for design and construction of the new park on North Scott Street and right-of-way abutting the park (Scott, Otis, Shakespeare, and Rogers streets).
Following consultant selection, the City intends to enter into a contract with the consultant to provide for design development, construction document preparation, and construction management services for the park and adjacent ROW. Specific services of the consultant will include, but not be limited to: site survey, design development, preparation of construction drawings, specifications and details, cost estimating, project management, and construction administration.
A Montana professional landscape architecture license and a Montana professional engineering license are required for this work and must be in-hand at the time of your SOQ submittal. If this requirement is not met or not clearly identified, your submittal will be considered non-responsive.
