Scope of Work:
Install a new irrigation mainline and new irrigation piping. Replace sod in all areas disturbed by construction and adjust and/or add sprinkler heads as necessary to provide complete head-to-head coverage. All existing utilities shall be protected in place throughout the installation of the irrigation mainline and related components.
Contractor’s Licensing
It is WCSD's opinion that the scope of work for this project qualifies under the following license classifications: General Engineering A; General Contracting licenses AB when more than two (2) building trades are utilized; or Specialty licenses C1 or C10 when the bidder is performing a majority of the work in accordance with NRS 338.139.
If a Contractor would like to seek clarification from the Nevada State Contractor’s Board, then they must do so ten (10) days prior to the bid due date. https://www.nvcontractorsboard.com/
Sealed bids for the Irrigation Improvement (Phase 1) at Reno High School will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on August 21, 2026. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 pm (local time).
