Description
SOLICITATION ENV25-BCP-OKAN-010 - QUALIFIED ENVIRONMENTAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES - BC PARKS - (OKANAGAN REGION)
The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy is seeking proposals for Qualified Environmental Professional Services for BC Parks projects taking place within the Okanagan Region. Projects may include, but are not limited to, environmental monitoring, environmental assessment and impact studies, permitting, emergency response plans, spill-response plans, professional advice regarding environmental risks and hazards.
This is a multi-year opportunity that extends until March 31
st
, 2028. This Request for Proposals will be used to award contracts for Qualified Environmental Professional Services, specific to new projects starting April 1
st
, 2025, until the fiscal period ending March 31
st
, 2028. Based on contractor’s satisfactory performance, funding availability, and at the Province’s sole discretion a new contract may be awarded for continuing projects.
The Province intends to award multiple Contracts to one or more Proponents through this RFP. All Proposals that have met all mandatory requirements and minimum scores will be ranked. The Province at its sole discretion and based on logistical efficiency and perceived capacity will begin by assigning projects to the highest scoring Proponent followed by the second highest scoring Proponent and so on until all projects have been assigned as further described in section 7 of this RFP. There is no guarantee of a minimum amount of assigned services under the contract and the Province reserves the right to reduce scope of services.
