The TexasHigher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) is the state agency responsible forproviding leadership, coordination, and strategic direction for highereducation in Texas. THECB is seeking a vendor to provide maintenance andsupport services related to the Aribot chatbot and associated GRACE custom webapp hosted by the College Advising Corp (hereinafter referred to as the AdviseTX tools). THECB believes these maintenance and support services may beproprietary to one vendor under Section 2155.067 of the Texas GovernmentCode; however, any qualified respondent that may be able to provide therequested items is eligible to submit a proposal.
