NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the Township of Montgomery on January 8, 2025 at 11:00 AM local prevailing time, Council Chambers, Room 118A, 100 Community Drive, Skillman, NJ 08558 at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:
PIKE BROOK WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT UPGRADE AND EXPANSION PROJECT
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Township of Montgomery is accepting bids for the Pike Brook Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade and Expansion Project. This project includes construction of a new Headworks Facility, Anoxic Tank, PACL/Micro-C Chemical Storage Facility, Post Aeration/Cascade Aeration Tank, Influent Pump Station and Valve Chamber improvements, Equalization Pump Station and Recycle Pump Station modifications, Permeate Pump replacement, Chemical Room modifications, Pre-Aeration Blower replacement, electrical system improvements, paving and miscellaneous site improvements, and all appurtenant work required by the Contract Documents.
There will be a pre-bid meeting and site visit November 19, 2024 at 10:00 AM. At that time, it is recommended that all interested bidders attend at the Council Chambers, Room 118A, 100 Community Drive, Skillman, NJ 08558. ...
