Addendum 1 - RFQ Engineering Services - Barker Road Improvements

All consultants are required to base their Statement of Qualifications submittal upon the information furnished in this addendum. The following corrections/modifications are hereby made a part of the Request for Qualifications.

Page 3 and 4, under evaluation criteria “Schedule Approach”, replace this section with the following:

“The purpose of this category is to evaluate the ability of the proposed Project Manager and key team members to complete the project in an efficient and timely matter.

1. Assuming the selection process is completed, and an A& E consultant contract negotiated and executed by December 1, 2025, describe your plan to complete the ROW acquisition and bid package for the project. Your proposed schedule shall at least include the following milestones:

a. 30% PS&E
b. NEPA Approval
c. Start of Right-of-Way Acquisition
d. 60% PS&E
e. Right-of-Way Certification
f. 90% PS&E
g. Final PS&E (Bid Documents)

2. Describe any challenges you are anticipating meeting the project schedule and your plan to mitigate them, if any.”
