Project Description: This contract provides for comprehensive facility maintenance and repair services for City-owned facilities, including the Bridge Shelter, a 120-bed, 13,665-square-foot facility operating 24 hours per day, seven days per week and other work, all in accordance with the attached General Conditions, these Contract Provisions, and the Special Provisions. The City intends to award each contract for an initial period of three (3) years, with the option to extend for one (1) additional year.
