Harrington Elementary School Renovation
SCOPE OF WORK:
The Harrington Elementary School renovation consists of a general renovation that consists of work in the Library and select classroom plan reconfigurations, some new finishes, and some site work. There will be Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Technology requirements per specs/plans.
The estimated budget and Location:
Estimated Budget - $3,800 ,000 and $300,000 owner's contingency + $522,000 additional allowances
