Eastgate Boardwalk Renovation, per bid specifications.

The “Eastgate Boardwalk Renovation” project, as indicated in the project documents, includes
demolition and removal of existing, storm-damaged boardwalk and construction of a new
boardwalk structure with the intent to restore the structure to its pre-storm design and
function within the existing footprint.

The Plans, Specifications, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the City of
Dothan’s procurement website https://cityofdothan.procureware.com. Questions pertaining to
the bid documents may be submitted through the Procureware site under the Clarifications for
the Bid section. These documents may be only used for the purposes of bidding and
constructing this project. Anyone logging into the site for plans and specifications will be
notified of all addenda by e-mail. All requests for information and clarification must be
submitted by 4:00 p.m. on February 11, 2025.

Prime bidders are required to attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on February 04, 2025, at
10:00 a.m., at the project site: Eastgate Park Boardwalk, 2049 Sanitary Dairy Road, Dothan,
Alabama. Only proposals from bidders with registered attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference
will be accepted.
