Request for Proposals for Consulting Arborist Services

Project Description: City of Milwaukie (City) is seeking proposals from a limited number of qualified and experienced consultants for on-call urban forestry support services. A complete description of services is provided under Section 3 of this solicitation.

Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City’s Procurement Portal. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. PDT, on Tuesday, June 17, 2025. Proposals that are not received by the submission deadline will not be accepted, as the Procurement Portal will automatically block submissions at the exact time the solicitation closes. There will be no public opening of submissions.
