Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who would like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. This is requirement is for 79 each. The required delivery is 585 days ARO to New Cumberland, PA (line 0001). This is an Unrestricted Acquisition. FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin applies. This is an Air Force Critical Safety Item. Contractor First Article Test (FAT) is required. Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS).
