• Roof replacement. • Heritage steel window conservation and glazing replacement. • Interior refurbishment including painting and replacement of water damaged finish ceiling. • Architectural modifications as required, in service of roofing upgrades. • Phasing of work to minimize impact on occupants and maintain intended operation of the building to the greatest extent possible, as further outlined in the documents. |

.1 Mandatory Site Meeting
.1 Suppliers are required to attend a mandatory site meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project and ascertain the full extent of the Work required. The mandatory site meeting will take place at 10AM local time on May 15, 2026 at 60 Brant Street, Toronto. Site meetings will not be available at any other times. .2 Suppliers must sign the attendance sheet at the mandatory site meeting during the designated date and time for their Bid to be considered. .3 Bids submitted by Suppliers that do not attend the mandatory site meeting or fail to sign the attendance sheet shall be declared non-compliant. |
