Description
THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Non-electronic and email responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted through the SWIFT Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Event.
PURPOSE. The purpose of the solicitation is to receive responses and award a contract with a contractor for satellite or cable TV service for the Minnesota Correctional Facility (Agency) located at 1101 Linden Lane, Faribault, MN 55021.
CONTRACT TERM. The term of this contract is anticipated to be EITHER from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional three (3) years in increments determined by the State, OR from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2030, with no option to extend.
SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. The deadline for submitting questions is December 5, 2024, by 3:00 p.m., Central Time. Questions must be submitted in writing to Elizabeth Huebner at elizabeth.huebner@state.mn.us. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum.
MANDATORY SITE VISIT. Responders must register for the mandatory site visit by contacting Elizabeth Huebner, at elizabeth.huebner@state.mn.us, by November 19, 2024 3:00 p.m., Central Time.
Completed registration packets must be sent to the State, no later than November 21, 2024, by 10:00 a.m. Central Time.
SWIFT HELP DESK. Responders needing help with registration or assistance navigating the SWIFT system may contact the Vendor Assistance Helpdesk at 651.201.8100 Option 1.
