Sealed proposals will be received from approved prequalified bidders until 1:00pm on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 in UNC-CH Facilities Magnolia Conference Room (100A), Giles Horney Building, 103 Airport Drive, Chapel Hill, NC 27599, for the construction of the "UNC-CH McColl Building Renovation," 17-17751-02C, at which time and place bids will be opened and read. Bids will be received for single prime contract. All proposals shall be lump sum. Emailed bids will not be accepted.
