Project Description: The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The work generally includes, but is not limited to the following: Tree protection, demolition, grading, hardscape construction, post-tension court, site furnishings and amenities installation, lighting, irrigation, landscape and fencing. The work does not include playground equipment or surfacing.
