The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Offerors to establish a Contract through competitive negotiations for the provision of Two (2) high capacity forklifts with a lift rating 52K with the option of up to an additional eight (8) 52K forklifts over the life of the Contract for Virginia International Gateway (VIG) and Newport News Marine Terminal (NNMT).
