The North Carolina Department of Transportation is requesting bids for litter / debris
removal along various primary and secondary roads in Division 12. The Contractor is to furnish
labor, material, equipment and traffic control.
CONTRACT TIME:
The date of availability for this contract is December 1, 2026.
The completion date for this contract is November 30, 2027.

Sealed bids must be received in the Division Engineer's Office, located at 1710 E. Marion Street,
Shelby, N.C. 28152, by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2026. Bids must be submitted on
the official bid sheet as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders along with the complete proposal
and display the following statement on the front of the envelope:
