Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with Agilent Technologies located at 2850 Centerville Rd. Wilmington DE 19808-1610 for the following items: Agilent Technology instruments preventive maintenance and service repair. The NAICS code is 334516. Cage Code: 0YSC6
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
The contractor shall provide Crosslab Bronze and Crosslab Silver service plans for government owned Agilent instruments. Included in all Crosslab service plans are the costs for any parts which need to be replaced, and the consumables needed to perform the maintenance. Repairs include the cost of the parts and labor associated with the repair. The technical support line is also available for use by the customer in troubleshooting possible instrumentation problems. Cross lab silver service plan also includes an annual preventative maintenance service which covers all of the required maintenance outlined in the instrument handbook provided by the instrument manufacturer.
The contractor shall provide an Agilent field service engineer that will be dispatched to the equipment's location after contacting the Service Department to schedule service.
• For all on-site services, the contractor shall provide detailed service reports including quality assurance and certification for each instrument operations to original equipment manufacturer specifications per repair and services request within two (2) weeks after the visit.
The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c(l), Only one responsible Source. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 26 August 2025, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete with this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
