LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE FOR WORK AREAS 18B, 20B, 21B, 23, 27

As requested by the Road Maintenance Division (hereinafter, the “Division”), the Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division (hereinafter, “County”) has issued this Invitation to Bid (hereinafter, “ITB”) with the intent of obtaining bid submittals from interested and qualified vendors per the terms, conditions, and specifications stated or attached. The vendor, at a minimum, must achieve the requirements of the Specifications or Scope of Work stated.

The County is soliciting an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for landscape maintenance in roadway medians. Historically, the Division spent the following fiscal year (FY), which starts on October 1 ^st and ends on September 30 ^th . These amounts may not be indicative of future buying patterns.

• Work Area 18B: Immokalee Road : FY21: $309,102.67; FY22: 299,275.72; FY23 $275,335.73; FY24: $279,985.71.
• Work Area 20B: Collier Blvd North : FY21: $133,114.80; FY22 $128,729.33; FY23 $129,297.62; FY24 $115,381.16
• Work Area 21B: Santa Barbara Blvd : FY 21 $111,794.23; FY22 $106,292.81; FY23 $107,011.16; FY24 $133,155.33.
• Work Area 23: Radio Road East : FY21 $42,751.69; FY22 $147,569.51; FY23 $154,849.89; FY24 $95,978.40.
• Work Area 27: Davis Blvd Phase 4 : Currently under construction; landscape maintenance anticipated to start in March 2025.

This solicitation has five work areas. The Division maintains the landscaping and irrigation in roadway medians and right-of-way (ROW) utilizing in-house crews and contractual services. Routine services under this bid include mowing, edging, street cleaning, weeding, general site trimming, debris/trash removal, ornamental spraying, and pest management. Contractors can select which areas to bid (one, multiple, or all).
