Description

The purpose of this negotiated request for proposal (the "RFP") is to seek proposals from a prime consultant to provide professional services for the renovation of the Finance Department on fourth floor of our New Westminster Campus. The consultant will conduct a thorough assessment, present two (2) interior layout options with associated risks, benefits, and recommend the most effective option. Based on the selected option, the prime consultant will provide services for design and administration of the renovation project.
