The purpose of this amendment is to increase the quantity from 1 unit to 2units and extend the closing date to 29 AUG 2025.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the evaluation criteria and set acutoff date for quote submittals.:
1.The evaluation factors for this solicitation are price and delivery.
2. Quotes must be emailed to the below email address by close of business on 08/12/2025: Destiny.n.wiatr.civ@us.navy.mil
This solicitation will be using competitive procedures. Quotes may be emailed to the below address and must be received by 04:30PM ESTon the closing date, listed in block 10 on page 1 of this solicitation:
Destiny.n.wiatr.civ@us.navy.mil .
Quotes received after the closing date are considered to be late and will notbe considered for award.
If only one acceptable quote is received in response to this solicitation,competitive procedures will shift to sole source negotiations.The Government intends to make a single award to the eligible, responsiblequoter whose quote is technically acceptable and which
is determined mostadvantageous to the Government, price considered.
All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders,delivery orders, and modifications) related to the instant procurement areconsidered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either depositedin the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or
sent by other electronic commercemethods, such as email. The Government?s acceptance of the contractorsproposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents asdetailed herein.
Early and incremental deliveries accepted and preferred.
