Project Description: The Cobb County School District (CCSD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for external financial audit services licensed in the State of Georgia. The purpose is to render an independent auditor's opinion regarding the fairness of applicable financial statements and compliance of the District with applicable legal provisions in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book).
