Summary

The City of Norfolk (“the City”) seeks proposals from qualified offerors to provide Out of Home Placement Services. Offerors may, but are not required to, submit proposals for multiple service areas covered by this solicitation. If an offeror submits proposals for multiple service areas, separate proposals must be submitted under each service area in OpenGov.
