Project Description: The State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit.
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide Chatbot Software for the State of Utah and its Eligible Users.
This RFP may result in multiple awards.
Length of Contract: Five (5) Years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 12 months.
Administrative Fee: .25%. (one quarter of one percent)
