Requires: grind and inlay the traveled surfaces of US 12 from 0.07 miles west of Bridge 12/221 to MP 77.48 with hot mix asphalt (HMA) 1/2" PG 58H-22, joints replacement, applying new membrane and new HMA on bridge No. 12/221, partial mill and fill for bridge 12/226 and paving above existing bridge 12/223.25 and bridge 12/224.25, traffic control and other work. The ADA features and APS buttons at the US 12/Jackson Hwy intersection will also be upgraded as part of this project. Involves 67 items and 51 working days. Work class 4, asphalt concrete paving.
