Heritage Hills Roofing & Gutters

Statement of Intent
The City intends to make the following repairs to the following facilities:
Heritage Hills Golf Course (3534 W Hwy JJ, Moberly, MO 65270)
Cart Barn
Clubhouse
East Restroom
Stage/Pavilion N of Clubhouse

Project Scope
Base Bid
Roofs on the cart barn, clubhouse, and stage/pavilion should be replaced with asphalt shingle roofing. Roofing on the east restroom should be replaced with metal roofing (29 gauge) and replace skylights. Replace any and all downspouts on the clubhouse with comparable to current quality.

Remove existing roofing down to wood decking and properly dispose of material. Install synthetic underlayment. Ice and water barrier across the bottom 3 feet. Replace shingles with architectural shingles. Shingles should be Certainteed Landmark, Owens Corning Duration, or similar substitute approved by the City with a lifetime warranty). Color of shingles is to be black. Successful contractor must abide by building 2021 codes adopted in the City of Moberly. Bidder must enclose complete and detailed product details, job scope, AND any deviations from the attached scope with their bid.

Removal of any damaged/compromised decking will be handled as a mutually agreeable change order as it is currently not measurable. Such work is to be remediated as per industry best practices. Replace decking as necessary. Notify City of any structural or other issues exposed or discovered after removal of existing material noted above to determine if additional work is required.

Submittal of Bids
Quotations will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Monday September 28, 2026. Quotations received after this date and time will be rejected. It shall be the sole responsibility of the bidder to have their Quotation delivered to the City Clerk for receipt on or before the due date and time indicated. If a Quotation is sent by U.S. Mail, the bidder shall be responsible for its timely delivery to the City Clerk’s office. Quotations delayed by mail shall not be considered, shall not be opened, and shall be rejected.

Quotations shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with “Heritage Hills Roofing & Gutters,” the bidder’s legal company name, and the date and time for bid opening clearly and legibly marked on the outside.
