Description

The contractor shall perform a comprehensive annual certification of the fire apparatuses at the contractor’s facility or on-site to verify full operational capability and safety compliance for Morita manufactured Fire Engine and Apparatus. Services shall include, but are not limited to, complete inspection, testing, adjustment, repair of minor deficiencies, replacement of component parts, re-paintings as required, repair of defect parts, replacing filter oil element and hydraulic oil for filter as necessary, cleaning, lubricating, and adjustment of the parts of the firefighting trucks attachment of the fire trucks (jacks and outriggers, digital information display unit of the basket, auto throttle specified speed, lifter wire test and etc.) as applicable. IAW National Fire Protection Association (NFPA; 全米防火協会) 1911, Chapter 22, the manufacturer’s recommendations, and/or the Japanese safety standard by Japan Fire Equipment Inspection Institute (日本消防検定協会「消防用車両の安全基準についてーはしご自動車編」). The Contractor shall transport the Fire Trucks to and from its facility to U.S. Government installations as necessary.

Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The contractor must have valid licenses to meet the requirement in the country of Japan. The contractor must have a Japanese CAGE code.
