1. Would you consider providing an extension for the Shelby County Government RFP #26-
007-45?
No extension will be provided at this time.
2. Can you please provide 24 months of claims data with corresponding enrollment and
large losses.
No additional data will be provided at this time.
3. What is the current out of network (OON) arrangement and what percentage or PEPM is
charged?
Planned information for both in and out of network was provided with the RFP.
4. Are there onshoring requirements?
The County does not allow offshoring.
5. Are there currently any dedicated onsite employees? If so, are they County or carrier
employees?
There currently are no dedicated onsite employees.
6. Does the county currently have a clinic? If so, what is the staffing model and hours?
