The purpose of this Request for Bid is to solicit sealed bids to establish a contract through competitive negotiation to provide materials, parts, equipment and labor for the repair of a 100â portion of 8ââ PVC sewer line that is failing on State Rt 60 in front of 1433 Anderson Highway.Existing sewer lines were installed in 1995 throughout the courthouse area. The sewer system spans from State Rt. 13 through the courthouse area and ends in the Kimberly Hills subdivision. From there it goes to the Town of Farmville for treatment. The sewer system consists of 12 pump stations that make up the Cumberland sewer system. This line is a portion of the main trunk line between Pump station 1 that is located on Anderson Highway and Pump station 2 that is located at the end of Foster Road.
