Project Description: Pasco County (County) is seeking a statement of qualifications from experienced CONSULTANTS to provide continuing professional services in support of the Pasco County Solid Waste and Resource Recovery Department. The Department is comprised of five divisions: Disposal-Landfill, Waste-to-Energy, Recycling & Education, Environmental Compliance & Household Hazardous Waste, and Solid Waste Assessments. Services requested under this scope will support regulatory compliance, planning, facility operations and oversight, financial analysis, and the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) across all five divisions.
