Public Works, Parks & Fleet Maintenance Facility Design-build team

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the City of Belgrade, Montana, (hereafter "City") is
seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified Progressive Design-Build teams to
provide integrated planning, architectural, engineering, preconstruction, and construction
services for a new Public Works, Parks & Fleet Maintenance Facility, project WO CM 27-01,
located within the Belgrade, Montana city limits.
Paper submissions Five (5) with one (1) USB drive with a digital version shall be delivered to
the City Clerk on or before October 22nd, 2026, by 3:00 pm MST. Proposals shall be
provided in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the firm's name and return address and
addressed to Progressive Design-Build teams to provide integrated planning,
architectural, engineering, preconstruction, and construction services for a new
Public Works, Parks & Fleet Maintenance Facility, project WO CM 27-01 c/o City Clerk
at PO Box 810, Belgrade, MT 59714. Proposals may also be hand-delivered to the Belgrade
City Hall at 91 E Central Ave. Office hours for City Hall are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm,
Monday through Friday. It is the sole responsibility of the proposing party to ensure that
proposals are received prior to the closing date and time, as late submittals will not be
accepted and will be returned unopened.
