Town of Wilbraham Municipal Facilities Reuse & Consolidation Initiative Request for Information (RFI)

The Town of Wilbraham is seeking information and conceptual proposals from qualified organizations, institutions, developers, nonprofit entities, educational providers, recreation operators, and public-private partners regarding potential adaptive reuse, redevelopment, lease, partnership, and/or purchase opportunities involving several municipal facilities.

Properties Included in this RFI are Memorial School (310 Main St), Little Red School House (28 Springfield St), Former Wilbraham Police Building (16 Main St), Wilbraham Town Hall (240 Springfield St). Responses due Wednesday, August 19, 2026, 2:00 p.m.

Voluntary site visits Thursday, July 30, 2026, 8:30 a.m. at 16 Main Street.
