NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Lynden will receive sealed bids at the office of the Public Works Department, 300 4th Street, Lynden, WA 98264, 360-354-3446, until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 21, 2024, for tenants to lease City property for the purpose of cutting and removing field grass during the 2025 and 2026 growing seasons at the following locations:

1. 8600 Benson Road - approximately 4.95 acres located west of the Lynden Municipal Airport

2. West Lynden Detention Pond Vicinity - approximately 13 acres west of Flynn Road

3. Heritage Park - approximately 1.6 acres near the intersection of Vinup Road and Badger Road
