The intent of this Request for Proposals is to retain a qualified Bike Park Design/Build Company or Team to finalize the design plans, file any necessary permits, and construct Phase I of the new Leddy Bike Park. The exact number and type of bike park features will be determined by the proposal submitted by the Design/Build Team, based on probable costs, as well as consideration for donated labor, equipment, and construction materials.
