The Minnesota Department of Transportation – Metro District intends to purchase Prime Resin Precision Lift 4.0 in drum kits for the use with our Prime Resin trailer and pump system. This product is the only product designed to work specifically with this specialty equipment system. The manufacturer Prime Resins is the only source available as they are the sole and direct distributor of their materials.
