Bid Type: Job Contract Locations: Keywords: Engineering , Bridge Repair and Construction, Culvert Replacement, Road Construction Bid Description: The Town of Hinesburg, is seeking engineering services to design the replacement of a concrete sectional box culvert (“B23”) with a span of 14’ and a width of 29’ and opening above the steam of 4’. The culvert was damaged in the July 10, 2024 storm and emergency temporary repairs have been made. With those repairs and weekly monitoring of the culvert has been deemed safe for travel by VTrans, but a long-term repair/replacement is needed. The RFP packet shall be submitted by Friday November 15, 2024 at noon. The Selectboard will award a contract on Wednesday December 4, 2024. The design and bid documents shall be completed by March 14, 2025 or as otherwise mutually agreed to.
