Requires planing bituminous pavement, crack sealing, paving with hot mix asphalt (HMA) pavement, constructing reinforced slopes; removing existing overlay from bridge deck, expansion joint modification, bridge deck repair, HMA joint seal at bridge end, and installing waterproof membrane at Bridge 12/289; removing existing overlay from bridge deck and constructing HMA joint seal at bridge end at Bridge 12/288, Bridge 12/304, and Bridge 12/306; installing concrete barrier and guardrail, replacing rumble strips, shoulder finishing, fog sealing, delineation, traffic control and other work.
